About the event
Join Heidi for a 45-minute guided relaxation session that will allow you to remain engaged and present but in a state of deep relaxation whilst using imagery and music to focus your mind and senses.
Guided relaxation can reduce stress, improve focus and concentration, enhance self-awareness, and promote emotional well-being. It has also been found to lower blood pressure, strengthen the immune system, and increase feelings of relaxation and inner peace.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution to mental well-being but these sessions can help you find a small space just for you each month.
