Mental Health First Aid In The Workplace
(Level 3 Award)
Two Day Course
Understanding mental health in the workplace has never before been so important. Did you know that in 2020 a survey of British adults in employment showed a staggering 79% commonly experience work-related stress.

This is 20% higher than 2018's findings. The main factors cited were workload pressures including tight deadlines, too much responsibility, a lack of managerial support and long working hours (Perkbox 2020).
​
The Level 3 Award, Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace, qualification has been designed to address these issues and provide learners with the confidence and occupational competence to help facilitate mental health initiatives and employee support.
What's Covered?
As a learner, you will develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to actively promote positive mental health within your own workplace; making it the ideal qualification for mental health champions/first aiders, Human Resources, managers, supervisors, and team leaders.

Course details:
Training is offered both online and in-person.
​
We train groups of upto 16 learners within private company training events, and groups of upto 16 individuals within public training events.
​
To remain an approved Mental Health First Aider in the Workplace learners will need to retake the qualification every 3 years, with a recommendation of a refresher course 18 months after course completion.
​
This course is regulated by Ofqual and nationally recognised qualification.

learners will need to update their QA Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) every 3 years.
