Meet Monty.
Hi, I’m Monty, an integrative psychotherapist passionate about helping individuals explore life’s big questions. My training in integrative therapy, with a natural inclination towards existential approaches, enables me to personalise therapy specifically for you.
I’ve supported people from all walks of life, each with their own unique stories and experiences. I am particularly passionate about fostering emotional openness among men, recognising it as a valuable yet often overlooked aspect of self-care. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and respect, always honouring your pace and your experience.
I’m an accredited registrant of the NCPS and follow their strict Ethical Framework, which ensures your confidentiality and ethically grounded care.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy creating art, have a deep affection for dogs, and stay balanced through yoga and swimming. Having lived in various countries, I have a keen interest in different cultures and lifestyles.

Informal chat
Starting therapy can feel daunting—that’s perfectly normal. I felt the same when I first sat in a therapist’s chair. That's why I offer a free, no-obligation 20-minute phone call.
This initial chat is a chance for us to connect, for you to ask any questions, and for us to see whether it feels right for us to work together. I offer therapy online and via telephone to suit your preferences
What does therapy look like?
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where we gently unfold your story together. My role is to offer a shared presence and gentle challenge.
I utilise a variety of techniques tailored to your needs, all aimed at helping you gain deeper insight and discover new possibilities. This might involve exploring the underlying meanings in your life or collaboratively challenging old patterns that no longer serve you. My ultimate aim is to help you find meaning, strengthen your sense of self, and uncover choices that lead to a life more aligned with your values.
In therapy with me, you can expect to be seen, heard, and supported.
How long will we work together?
The length of our work together is entirely dependent on you and your unique journey. There is no one-size-fits-all timeline for therapy. I honour your pace and we will work collaboratively to determine what feels right.
For some, short-term work focused on a specific goal is perfect. For others, a longer-term exploration provides the space needed for deeper, sustainable change. We will regularly review our work together to ensure it continues to meet your needs.
