Join Gloucestershire RFU's partner, Ripples Wellbeing, for this FREE hour and a half Suicide Awareness Workshop.

Join Heidi and James as they break down the barriers on the topic of suicide. Covering myths, facts and statistics, signs and symptoms and how to signpost those in crisis. The talk will be interactive in nature allowing a safe space to ask questions without fear of judgement.

Heidi is an AET who specialises in Mental Health with a background within Rugby and Professional Sport, James is a Clinical Supervisor and Integrative Counsellor with an active role in the world of Rugby for many years. They are both experienced Keynote and Event Speakers who use their expertise to break down barriers around Mental Health.
